Profile

I worked for Hewlett-Packard in Indonesia about 27 years and got retired as Managing Director in 2007. Since I was an executive I had passions to make others wonderful by finding their best potential. So I decided to be a freelance Executive Coach.

2008-Now. Hands on experience as the Executive Coach: Generali Insurance, Telkom, Telkomsel, BCA, BTPN, Microsoft, Summarecon Agung, PT ACER Indonesia, Kalbe Group, Daya Varia Lab, BNI 46, Pama Persada,  Bukit Asam, Intan Pariwara, Epiroc, Chandra Asri, Komatsu indonesia.
January 2026 - On going project. Team Coach for implementing Project Management Platform "RISE" of PT Dinamika Elektra Mandiri (Engineering, Sales and Finance).
